Around 60 teaching teams in primary schools in German-speaking Switzerland (cycle 2) and their pupils can participate in the study.

We define a teaching team as a group of teachers and/or specialists who meet, for example, to organise lessons together or work on further teaching development. Teaching teams can be formally defined teams, such as year, subject or class teams. However, they can also be informal teams: teachers and/or specialists working together on their own initiative concerning teaching.

To participate in the study, the teachers and/or specialists must teach pupils in cycle 2. Normally, the teaching teams have already worked together on the further development of their lessons before the start of the study. They should also work as a team in the school year 2024/2025.

The size of the teams is not specified, but they should ideally comprise a maximum of six teachers and/or specialists.
